BIR Luxury Landing Club house

BIR Luxury Landing was an exiting project to bring a deteriorating building into beautiful, classy community club house. The 6-acre property and building was left abandoned for over 10 years, water and the elements had taken its tole on the building. This project was continuously providing unexpected issues, but these issues, helped shape a unique final product. The main building consist of 2 banquet halls, pool hall, card room, bridal room, grand gathering room, exercise room, 80,000 gallon saltwater pool, covered outdoor fireplace and fire pit.
